SHIPPING POLICY

Collection:  collection is available from our store at cc creatives,  87 Meaghers Quay,  Waterford.  Please select the collection option to arrange to pick your order up.  Once your order has been picked and packaged you will receive an email confirming it is ready to be picked up during store opening hours.

 

National Shipping:

Two shipping rates apply:  

smaller item rate: for flat items/ envelopes: €3.50

standard rate: €6

all orders with a value over €50 will qualify for free national shipping.

We endeavor to pack and prepare your items as quickly as possible, with most packages shipping next working day for orders placed before 1pm.  However it could take up to 3 working days.

All orders with the standard rate of shipping will receive tracking details once the order has shipped.

Please note that preorder products or custom order will be subject to longer timelines, as stated in the product listings, or in the case of custom orders, as discussed in the consultation.

International Shipping:

If you cannot see rates for your country, please contact us directly for the best shipping rates.

Customers outside of the EU are liable for customs and VAT requirements - these vary from jurisdiction so you will need to check with your local authority to check for any additional charges that may apply.
